The clock has run out on the national debt.
Last month the national debt exceeded $10 trillion. The gross national debt as a percentage of the gross domestic product has now hit a 50-year high.
I found a paper that denies one of my two obvious thoughts about
originalism, so stating the obvious turns out to be useful!
